House of Music welcomes five artists in residence each academic year, offering a vibrant and inspiring creative space.
From September 2025, one private studio (35m²) will become available for a student or semi-professional artist seeking a dedicated environment to live and work.
What we offer:
A spacious 35m² private room
Daily study & practice freedom from 8 AM to 10 PM without complaints
A fully equipped shared kitchen
A shared bathroom with a rain shower
A common private terrace/patio in the heart of the building
A creative hub of five artists living and working in a 300m² space
Practical details:
Fixed rent: €547/month (includes internet)
Utilities (electricity, gas, water): €75/month (prepaid)
Excellent location: Close to tram lines 2 & 6, just around the corner from the Music & Dance Conservatory of Antwerp
