Deze studio is alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel studentenleven. Het is een duplex studio die volledig gemeubileerd is en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt om direct te kunnen intrekken. De studio heeft ook een gezellig terras. Het is een duplex voor 2 personen maar het is ook beschrikbaar voor 1 persoon.
Maar het beste is nog de locatie! De studio is gelegen in het hart van de stad en de studentenbuurt. De universiteit, de winkelstraat Meir en het centraal station liggen allemaal op wandelafstand. En mocht je toch liever door de stad fietsen, dan hebben we ook een kleine fietsenstalling in het gebouw.

This studio is all you need for a convenient student lifestyle. It is a large fully furnished duplex studio including a loft for two persons and provides everything you need to move right in. It also has a comfortable outdoor sitting area. It is a duplex for 2 persons but also available for single person.
But the best part? The location! It is situated in the heart of the city and the student area. The university, the Meir shopping street and central station are all within walking distance. And if you prefer to bike your way around the city we also have a small storage area for bikes inside the building.
