Welcome to the Pastizal, the grazing land. Referring to the upcoming area "Slachthuissite" at Dam Area in Antwerp. We are currently renovating a beautiful historic residence with 6 individual student rooms with private bathroom. The ground floor has a shared fully equiped kitchen where you can chat with your housemates. There are plenty of large windows, allowing the light to come in and giving a warm feeling to your room.

Rooms are furnished and fully equiped.

Rent is excluding charges.
Charges are 100 EUR per month for electricity, gas, heating, water, internet (all-in).

The room can be rented as following:
- Full Academic Year (12 months): 600 EUR rent + 100 EUR charges (all-in)
- Semester: 675 EUR rent + 100 EUR charges (all-in)

It is possible to rent per Semester or per Year.

We are located near the new AP Hogeschool Campus Hallen, Central Station & Park Spoor Noord in Antwerpen, where you also find AP Hogeschool Noodderplaats and University of Antwerp in walking and/or bicycle distance.
Students usually use the Velo (sharing bike system): https://www.velo-antwerpen.be/en
We also have supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi and Albert Heijn nearby in walking distance.
Bus 23 stops right near the residence and brings you in a few stops to Central Station. Metro Lines 2, 3, 5 and 6 are closeby too and bring you all over the city.

How to Apply?

If you wish to apply for a room, please send us following information:
- Proof of your ID/passport (DNI)
- Current official home address
- Phone number (incl country code)
- Email
- Proof of studies/internship/research/Erasmus in Antwerp (Acceptance Letter / Learning Agreement)
- Proof of income (if the rent is paid by your parents, this can be their proof of income, eg. salary sheets of the past 3 months)
- Emergency contact: eg. mother/brother, name, phone, email
- Prefered start date of the rent
- Prefered end date of the rent
- Prefered room

We will then evaluate your application, and if positive, send you a rental contract to overview and sign if you agree.
If you would like to make a physical visit to the residence first, it's of course possible too if you are already in Belgium.
