Deze kamer is voor 1 persoon.
Dit studentenkot is in 2 ruimtes verdeeld en bestaat uit 2 kamers aan de voorzijde van het huis. De totale oppervlakte is 31 m2 waarbij het merendeel een plafondhoogte heeft van 2m95. De vloeren zijn in oude planché, er is overal dubbele beglazing en centrale verwarming.
Dit kot is volledig bemeubeld.
Ruimte 1 vh kot omvat de slaapkamer. Een veluxraam voorziet de kamer van voldoende licht, maar er is een verduistergordijn aanwezig om goed te kunnen slapen.
Een bed incl nieuwe matras, matrasbeschermer en kussen en knus zitbankje zijn aanwezig. Ook is er een privé wastafel in deze kamer met daarboven een handig schabbetje om je persoonlijke toiletspullen te zetten.
Er staat ook je eigen Nespresso koffiezet op de kamer om rustig wakker te worden.
Ruimte 2 vh kot, bevindt zich vlak naast het slaap gedeelte.
Daar bevat de inrichting een groot bureau, hoge dubbele kleerkast, een boekenschab en een grote 3 zits - sofa. Ook hier een veluxraam die de kamer van voldoende licht voorziet.
Op dezelfde verdieping bevindt zich een gedeelde badkamer met douche, extra lavabo en hangtoilet. De keuken deel je ook.
Op het verdiep onder je is een kamer met roeimachine waar je (gedeeld) gebruik van mag maken.
Zowel de kamers als de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn net (in 2024 ) gerenoveerd en verzorgd afgewerkt. Vernieuwde deftige WIFI installatie in het hele huis.

The neighbourhood is quiet but ideally located, within walking distance of bakery, supermarket, public transport; tram, bus and train station Antwerpen Zuid are within walking distance . At 60 m you will find the park Hof Van Leysen and the cosy café Kamiel where there is also a ‘VELO-STATION’ for lending bikes.

THis room is for 1 person.
This student room is divided into 2 spaces and consists of 2 rooms at the front of the house. The total area is 31 m2 with the majority having a ceiling height of 2m95. The floors are in old planché, there is double glazing throughout and central heating.
This room is fully furnished.
Space 1 comprises the bedroom. A velux window provides the room with plenty of light, but there is a blackout curtain to sleep well.
A bed incl new mattress, mattress protector and pillow and cosy bench seat are provided. There is also a private sink in this room with a handy little shelf above it to put your personal toiletries.
There is also your own Nespresso coffee machine in the room to wake up in peace. Space 2 is right next to the sleeping area, and comprises a living area.
There, the furnishings include a large desk, high double wardrobe, a book shelf and a large 3-seater sofa. Here too, a velux window provides the room with plenty of light.
On the same floor is a shared bathroom with shower, extra sink and hanging toilet. You also share the kitchen, which has everything you need: hot plate, combination oven, fridge, kettle, crockery and utensils.
On the floor below you will find a room with a rowing machine for your (shared) use.
