Cozy student housing located at Coninckplein (5 min. from Central Station and 1 min from library Permeke)!
My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our cozy 35m2 room. You would rent this room on the 3rd floor of a house that is shared with 4 lovely students.
The house has a kitchen and living room, terrace and two shower cabins that are shared spaces. The room, however, has its own toilet and sink.
The room is equipped with a double bed, desk, closet and two seaters. The mini fridge can be sold with for a very low price.
The room can be rented by 1 person or a couple! The rent is €550, with extra costs of €120 if rented by 1 person. In case two people rent, the rent will be €550 with extra costs of €180.
