This new project since 2013 lies with its 28 rooms as well as in addition to the new campus of the Artesis University College and is within walking distance of the University area. Nearby the Antwerp "Eilandje" and the "Park Spoor Noord, should be here! There is public transport up to the door.
The room is situated on the 2d floor at the back of the building and has received the green label from the city of Antwerp.
A practical wardrobe separates the room into a sanitary part with shower, toilet and basin and the living space with wide desk table and a bed of 1.40 m on 2.00 m.
