Room for international student available 1th of July 2025

Spacious, quite student room of 12m2 in a large mansion of 500m2.
Room: The room is fully equiped. Just unpack your clothes, connect to the internet and ready.
International: Athmosphere in the house is international, respectful and caring. Pratical help is offered for international students.
Mansion: This is 'hospita living': Part of the house is reserved for the landlady / owner. She rents 2 rooms to international students. We have lots of experience in hosting international students.
Besides a room, lots of shared places where the international student is very welcome: 200m2 of the house, meaning level 0 and level 1, is shared environment: Large living room and saloon with fireplace, byclicle storage inside the house, table tennis and terrace, large fully equipped kitchen.
The house has several bathrooms. 1 bathroom is private for te family, a second bathroom is foreseen for the students: the student bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) is shared with 2 other students and regularly cleaned.
In the evening we have dinner all together.
Spoken languages: Dutch, English, French.
There is a cat.
Costs include really everything (energy, internet, laundry + drying clothes, cleaning...)
No domicile.
