Deze mooie volledig gemeubelde kamer (alles zoals op foto's te zien) heeft een lavabomeubel. Je hebt een TV en digibox telenet (digitale tv).+ draadloos internet Eveneens heeft de kamer een eigen kleine koelkast. Wij voorzien eveneens bedlinnen. Binnen in het huis is een fietsenberging. De huiseigenaar Cindy voorziet vuilzakken, poetsgerief en toiletpapier. De moderne nieuwe keuken die je deelt met 5 andere studenten is volledig uitgerust met kookvuur, dampkap, oven, senseo (koffiemachine), potten, pannen en waterkoker. Voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik staat er ook nog een grote koelkast en diepvries. De badkamer (douche) deel je met 2 andere studenten. Het aparte toilet (enkel voor jouw gebruik) ligt naast de kamer). Ons gezellige huis werd volledig gerenoveerd (sanitair, electriciteit, verwarming, ramen,...) en bekwam dus een GROENE LABEL. Eveneens is ons huis uitgerust met een centraal branddetectiesysteem. Voor terugkerende studenten is de maand augustus GRATIS !
This nice fully furnished room (exactly as on the pictures) has it's own washbasine furniture. You have a TV and a digibox telenet (= digital tv lots of channels) + wireless internet. You have your own little refrigerator in the room. We also provide bed linen. Inside the house we have a bicycle storage. The home owner provides dirt bags, cleaning products and toiletpaper. You share the kitchen with 5 other students. This modern new kitchen is fully equiped with cooking fire, cooker hood, oven, coffee machine, pots, pans and electric kettle. For common use there is also a big refrigerator and freezer. You share the bathroom (shower) with 2 other students. The seperate toilet (only for your use) is next to the room. Our cozy house was fully renovated (electricity, heating, windows, plumbing,...)and received the GREEN LABEL. We have a central fire detection system. For students who come back the next year, the month of august is for FREE !
