Deze prachtige kamer heeft een aparte slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed (1,60m) en een aparte leefruimte met grote sofa. U beschikt eveneens over een flatscreen en digitale tv (telenet), draadloos internet + kleine koelkast. + bedlinnen. Via een deur komt u rechtstreeks van uw leefruimte op het private binnenkoertje. Deze kamer ligt achteraan in de woning dus geen straatlawaai.
In uw private afsluitbare doucheruimte heeft u een douchecabine (met afzuiging) en een eigen toilet. Er is een fietsenberging in huis. De moderne nieuwe keuken wordt gebruikt door nog 5 andere studenten (oven, halogeen kookvuur, dampkap, grote koelkast en diepvries, potten, pannen, bestek,..)
De huiseigenaar voorziet vuilzakken, poetsgerief en wc papier.
Onze gezellige huis werd volledig gerenoveerd (verwarming, electriciteit, sanitair, ramen,..) en kreeg het GROENE LABEL. We hebben eveneens een centraal branddetectiesysteem. Voor terugkerende studenten is de maand augustus GRATIS.
This beautiful big room with seperate bedroom (dubbel bed 1,6m) has a living area with big sofa. Flatscreen with digital tv, wireless internet + little fridge + bed linen. You have your own little private outdoor area. Room on backside of the house, so no streetnoise. Private lockable showerarea with private toilet. Our house has a bicycle room (inside the house). The fully equiped kitchen is to be shared with 5 other students. (oven, stove, big fridge and freezer, pots, pans,...).
The home owner Cindy provides dirt bags, cleaning products and toilet paper. Our cozy house was fully renovated (heating, electricity, plumbing, windows,..) and received the GREEN LABEL. We also have a central fire detection system. For students coming back the next year, the month of august is for FREE.
