Vroeger hadden we een onderwijscentrum in ons huis en sinds de studenten vertrokken, bleven de kamers leeg. De 2e verdieping (zonder lift) die we aan één persoon (student of expat, aangezien je hier je adres niet mag invullen) kunnen verhuren, hebben we inmiddels verbouwd tot compleet, deels gemeubileerd appartement. Het heeft een woonkamer met keuken voorzien van kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser en koel-/vriescombinatie, een slaapkamer met uitzicht op de tuin en het park, een apart toilet en een aparte badkamer met wastafel en douche. Het appartement meet circa 56 m2 en er is parkeergelegenheid voor een (motor)fiets of kleine auto voor de woning, gelegen in een charmant, doodlopend straatje. Ook kunt je gebruik maken van onze grote tuin (1200m2), grenzend aan park Rivierenhof. Huurprijs bedraagt 700 euro plus 100 euro vooruitbetaling voor elektra en water (met meters). We used to have an education center in our house and since the students left, the rooms stayed empty. We have now renovated the 2nd floor (no lift) that we can rent to one person (student or expat, since you can't put your address here) as a complete, partly furnished apartment. It has a living room with a kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a bedroom looking out over the garden and the park, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with sink and shower. The apartment measures around 56 m2 and there's parking for a (motor) bike or small car in front of the house, which is located in a charming, small dead end street. You can also use our large garden (1200m2), bordering on Rivierenhof park. Rental price is 700 euros plus 100 euros prepayment for electricity and water (with meters).
