Het huis met 7 studentenkamers in de verkeersluwe Leeuwenstraat ligt midden in het oude stadcentrum op wandelafstand (binnen straal van 300m) van de Groenplaats (metro-trams-bussen), de kathedraal, de Grote Markt,.... De campus Karel De Grote ligt op 180m. Andere stadscampussen (Arthesis-Plantyn, KDH, KUL) liggen binnen een straal van 1000m. De campus UA ligt op 1200m.
Omdat alles op wandelafstand ligt, en er goede aansluitingen zijn met het openbaar vervoer, is er geen fietsstalling voorzien. Alle kamers in het huis hebben een groen label (brandveiligheid, bewoonbaarheid). Alle kamers zijn gemeubileerd en in het weekend worden de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes voor u gepoetst.

Kamer nummer 1 op het gelijkvloers heeft een hoog plafond en dankzij de hoogslaper heeft deze kamer voldoende ruim voor een aangenaam verblijf.

This house with 7 student rooms in the Leeuwenstraat (little traffic street) is located in the middle of the ancient town on walking distance (within radius of 300m) of the Groenplaats (metro - trams - busses), the cathedral, the Grote Markt,... The campus Karel De Grote lies on 180m. Other city campuses like (Arthesis Plantyn, KDH, KUL) lie within a radius of 1000m. The campus UA is on 1200m. Since everything is within walking distance and there are good connections with public transportation there is no bicycle storage in the house. All rooms in the house acquired the green label (fire safety, habitability). All rooms have furniture and during the weekends the common rooms are cleaned.

Room number 1 is on ground floor and has a high ceiling. Thanks to the highsleeper there is sufficiant space for a pleasant stay.
