Very spacious furnished studio with lots of light. Large private south-facing terrace, the beautiful garden is shared with the studio on the ground floor. Rental price does not include costs for energy, water and internet (85 euros for 1 person, 130 euros for 2 people). Bicycle storage and washing machine is available and shared with the other studio and three student rooms. Ideal location: a quiet, green street within walking distance of the Groenenborger campus. Bicycle sharing system behind the corner. Antwerp center is 5 km away, public transport (bus and tram) stops at the end of the street. Campus Drie Eiken is only 3 km away. Pets are not allowed.
