This building contains eight student rooms:
—Each room is large and comfortable with a high living quality.
—Each room has its own kitchen and shower.
—There are four toilets in the building, which means that you only share your toilet with one other person. The toilets are completely new and clean; see the pictures.
—The building is quite energy-efficient, with a label C. Additionally, we recently put up to 20cm insulation in the roof. That also means that the advance payment for energy should be more than enough. We almost always pay back a part of the energy deposit at the end of the year.
—We strive for quality, and all our rooms have been rented out continuously since the 1990's. That is something we are proud of. If there is anything, we fix it. But we expect tenants to keep the building clean as well. We maintain strict householding rules.
—For foreign students, we have a full cover insurance, so you don't have to take an additional fire insurance.
