A student room is called a ‘kot’ (shed) in Flemish, but this one is without a shadow of a doubt not a ‘kot’. On the contrary, its one of the funkiest / well-equipped student ‘accommodations’ of the town. Looking for a private washing machine? Here you will found all these extra’s at a very reasonable price. Plenty of room and approved by the authorities for two flatmates to live in.

Only a stone’s throw away from the new tram stop ("Paardenmarkt") on the main street Italiëlei. This tram service brings you in the “blink of an eye” to Kinepolis, Antwerp’s biggest cinema complex with 24 cinemas. Coming by bus? At the Sint-Jansplein you can find two bus stops serving several lines. Other plans or do you prefer a good stroll? In less than a quarter of an hour you are in the Central Railway Station.
