- A parking area separates the studio from the street side providing a quiet and safe place to live.
-The studio is centrally located, behind the Justitepaleis Antwerpen (Palace of Justice) and nearby the Thomas Moore Campus Sanderus. UA stadcampus is a bike ride away and a 5 min walk to any nearby public transportation and to the closest laundry mat.
-This studio is on the ground floor with a small garden which has been recently renovated with high quality standards. In-floor heating allows for comfortability in the winter. High ceilings, large glass sliding door, and sky lights, bring a lot of natural lighting during the day. A Large curtain over the front entrance allows for privacy at night.
- There is a private entrance, kitchen and Bathroom.
- The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer, stove hood, sink, and microwave, and fully supplied with silverware, cookware, and dishes. The bathroom includes a sink, and a rain shower and toilet that are separated by a sliding door. A large dresser provides a lot closet space that may be also used for storage.
