Luxe studentenkamer (21m2) gelegen op de Mertens en Torfsstraat, in de nabijheid van verschillende campussen en op 15 minuten van het Centraal Station. De hoge plafonds en ramen laten de kamers nog ruimer lijken. Iedere kamer beschikt over een eigen lavabomeubel, douche en toilet, parlofoon, internet, kleerkast, bed, matras met matrasbeschermer, bureau met bureaulamp, en kapstok.
Het gebouw ligt aan een mooie, rustige straat. de ramen kunnen voortdurend open zonder storend geluid van buiten.
