Very nice room for 2 people
You pay for a new mattress-waterprotector. You can keep the mattress-protector at the end. One fix cost in the beginning 20 euros which includes the protector.
Each room has his own refrigerator...
Non-smoking house, animals in the house or a swimming-pool in the garden are not allowed.
Parties and loud music or music that disturb the others are not allowed in the house.
The house is very close to the shops. Aldi and Ikea, Pizza place, sportcenter etc.

Fix costs 20 euros per pers( on time)
580 euros rent/month for 1 person ALL Inn ( + one time a fix cost 20 euros including mattress protector, protector is yours at the end)
warranty = 2 X rent, which you get back at the end. (renting 1 year)
including insurance.
2 single beds and 2 desks are provided. Refrigerator is available in the room.
