Room for international student for summer period (15/7/2025 - 31/8/2025) in homestay concept

Spacious, quite student room of 12m2 in a large mansion of 500m2.
Room: The room is fully equiped. Just unpack your clothes, connect to the internet and ready.
International: Athmosphere in the house is international, respectful and caring. Pratical help is offered for international students.
Mansion: This is 'hospita living': Part of the house is reserved for the landlady / owner. She rents 2 rooms to international students and has lots of experience in hosting international students.
Besides a room, 200m2 of shared places where the international student is very welcome: large living room and saloon with fireplace, byclicle storage inside the house, table tennis and terrace, large fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is private for the landlady, the 2nd bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) is the student bathroom. You share it with 2 other students and it is regularly cleaned.
In the evening we have dinner all together.
Spoken languages: Dutch, English, French.
There is a cat.
Costs include really everything (energy, internet, laundry + drying clothes, cleaning...)
No domicile.
