Welkom in de Van Maerlantstraat 38, een pas gerenoveerd pand met charme!

Jouw studio bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping van dit historische pand dat je via een mooie trappenhal bereikt.

Op de tussenverdieping bevindt zich jouw persoonlijke (jawel privé) badkamer met inloopdouche en toilet. Op de overloop heb je ook ruimte om wat jassen en schoenen op te bergen. Je betreedt de studio en merkt meteen de prachtige authentieke houten plankenvloer op.

In de studio beschik je over voldoende ramen en natuurlijk lichtinval, een wastafel met koud en warm water, een bed van 160cm breed x 200 cm lang voorzien van lattenbodem én matras, opbergruimte voor je kledij, een bureau en bureau stoel.

In de volgende open ruimte vind je je sofa en je privé keuken met toog en 2 barkrukken. Hier kan je in alle rust koken en dineren want je beschikt over een combi-oven, een inductie kookplaat, een koelkast, en alle nodige voorzieningen om een topmaaltijd te koken.

Last but not least, mag je ook gebruik maken van de gemeenschappelijke student-cave op verdieping -1 waar je een polyvalente ruimte vind en een gemeenschappelijke keuken waar de andere 6 studenten die in dit studentenhuis wonen zullen koken en samenkomen.

Hij komt volledig gemeubeld dus je hoeft niks mee te brengen en naar boven te sleuren, wat een gemak!

Je vaste kosten zijn "all-in" per maand, wat wil zeggen dat je geen rekening hoeft te houden met afrekeningen en facturen. En hierin is inbegrepen: gas, verwarming, water, elektriciteit én internet.

Welcome to Van Maerlantstraat 38, a newly renovated building with charm!

Your studio is located on the top floor of this historic building which you reach via a beautiful white staircase.

On the mezzanine floor is your personal (yes private) bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the entrance area you also have space to store some coats and shoes. You enter the studio and immediately notice the beautiful authentic wooden floor.

In the studio you have plenty of windows and natural light, a sink with hot and cold water, a bed of 160cm wide x 200cm long with slatted base and mattress, storage space for your clothes, a desk and desk chair.

In the next open space you will find your sofa and your private kitchen with bar and 2 bar stools. Here you can cook and dine in peace because you have a combi-oven, an induction stove, a fridge and all the necessary equipment to cook a top meal.

Last but not least, you may also use the common student-cave on floor -1 where you will find a multipurpose room and a common kitchen where the other 6 students living in this dorm will cook and get together.

Living apart together, or something like that. :-)

It comes fully furnished so you don't have to bring anything and drag it upstairs, what a convenience!

Please note: this is for students only.

Your fixed costs are "all-in" per month, which means you don't have to deal with settlements and bills. This includes gas, heating, water, electricity and internet.
