Bring your own mattress or use the mattress which is available but then you pay fix cost for a new mattress-waterprotector. You can keep the mattress-protector at the end.

Airconditioning and other big electronic devices (batteries from bikes, television screens, playstation equipment etc) are not allowed unless you pay extra for electricity.
Non smoking house, animals are not allowed.
