A room with individual bathroom in a building with 3 other rooms and a big shared kitchen. The room is located on the second floor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink. The room (& bathroom & kitchen) were renovated in 2012, the hallway was just recently renovated in 2018.
The kitchen, located at the ground floor, can host up to 10 people and is equipped with all necessary cooking tools including cooking plate, micro, oven & dishwasher. Each room takes up one floor with the ground floor being the kitchen.
The building itself is located in a very quiet street between Paardenmarkt & Stadwaag, which is (very) close to many campuses (Univeristy of Antwerp, KDG, AP, ...) but also next to "Het Eilandje" with his beautiful MAS.
This room is ideally for any person who wants to be close both to his study-location as well to hers/his extra-student activities, who likes to have people over but also likes the quietness for herself/himself.
