A home in the attic. This is by far the coziest student room in the house right under the roof tiles. You have to climb a lot of steps to the fourth floor but don’t worry, this room has its private toilet on the same level. Facing the South to the front and the North to the back. Both pitched roof sides have large roof windows, so ‘skylight’ is everywhere. Open both cross-lying windows if the temperature rises, and a cool summer breeze will flow through the whole room.

Internet (via RJ45 wall socket and Wi-Fi).
Vintage desk & armchair / bed, mattress and pillow (incl. bedclothes for international students) /built-in wardrobe / kitchenette and refrigerator in the room.

On the ground floor there is a small communal kitchen with a microwave and oven and a freezer.
House rules (fire prevention, noise, no smoking, no pets, sorting garbage…) are on a notice board in the entrance hall. Meet-and-greet evening with all the students and Landlord (Roger & Leen) at the start of the new academic year.
Situated near the University (Stadscampus), AP High School (Campus Park Spoor Noord) and numerous shops (On Wednesday and Friday, exotic groceries et cetera can be bought cheaply at the local market). Launderette around the corner.
Only a stone’s throw away from the new tram stop ("Paardenmarkt") on the main street Italiëlei. This tram service brings you in the “blink of an eye” to Kinepolis, Antwerp’s biggest cinema complex with 24 cinemas. Coming by bus? At the Sint-Jansplein you can find two bus stops serving several lines. Other plans or do you prefer a good stroll? In less than a quarter of an hour you are in the Central Railway Station.
