Vanaf februari is deze kot op de Paardenmarkt te huur. Het contract duurt in principe tot 1 september 2018, maar kan in overleg verlengd worden.
Je hebt een eigen badkamer en er is plek voor een eigen koelkast.
Het kot kan bemeubeld of onbeteugeld gehuurd worden, hierbij komen we vast op een mooi prijsje, is in the onderhandelen! Bemeubeld betekent inclusief bed, matras, zetel, bureau, koelkast, kast, televisie, lamp, kleerkast etc
De prijs is €430 per maand, plus nog €50 voor stroom/gas/internet. Ook hierin is te onderhandelen!
Er is een grote gemeenschappelijke keuken (met vaatwasser) die met een aantal studenten gedeeld word, hier wordt niet super veel gebruik van gemaakt dus er is altijd wel een fornuis vrij, iedere maandag word hier gratis schoongemaakt.

Ook is er een grote fietsenstalling achter een deur met slot.

You can rent the room with or without furniture, we can discuss a nice price if you want with furniture! With furniture means a bed, mattress, chair, desk, fridge, television, closet, lamp etc.

There's a big shared kitchen (with dishwasher) that is shared with just a few students. It is not used a lot so there's always space for you to cook. Every Monday this kitchen is cleaned for free.
